When Meghan was a little girl growing up in Wyoming, she hoped to one day become a saber-toothed tiger. When she realized that this was going to be unlikely, she turned her attention to tattooing. After she and her dad completed an extensive remodel of her empty garage, she raised a sign and opened it's doors as Rolling Tattoo in June of 2006.
